Mr. Sushil Kr. Upadhyay has covered a long and interesting journey of more than 30 years in the Agro-Chemicals Industries. After completing his B.Sc(Ag.) Honors and Post-graduating with an MBA in Marketing Management, he started his career as a Sales Officer and left as the Senior General Manager in one of the most reputed companies in the industry. He is counted amongst one of the key players in the Industry. The next chapter in this interesting story was when he decided to start his own Company. Along with his Colleagues, Mr. Upadhyay took over Uttam Phosphates Pvt. Ltd. In The Year 2013. Today, UPPL serves in most major states of India and has an impressive portfolio of more than 55 World-class Agro-products. He is well known among his colleagues and staffs for
being kind, helpful and extremely motivating with acute knowledge of the business. He also believes as treating people working in the company as not his employees but as his family members.
